How pricing works
From request to release in four steps
You always see the full price before you pay, and you stay in control until the work is approved.
Step 1: Tell us what you need
Pick a service and describe the job. No payment at this stage.
Step 2: Get an itemised quote
Every item is priced separately, so you see exactly what you're paying for.
Step 3: Pay in full, held safely
Accept the quote and pay. Your payment shows as held in your dashboard.
Step 4: Approve, then it's released
Review the preview, ask for edits, and approve. Only then is payment released.
Starting prices
Where each service starts
All prices are in US dollars. Your quote depends on the scope of what you ask for, and is never lower than the starting price.

Every item priced, nothing hidden
Asking for a logo, business cards and banners together? Each one is its own line, with what's included. Accept it as it is, or message us to change anything first.
If the scope changes later, we send a revised quote for just the difference. Nothing is added to your bill unless you accept it.

Your payment is protected
Held until you approve
You pay in full when you accept a quote, and your dashboard shows the payment as held while we work. It's released only when you approve the final delivery.
- Card details go straight to our payment provider. We never see or store them.
- A preview on every order. Request edits until you're happy, then approve.
- Cancel before work starts for a full refund. After that, a cancellation fee applies and the rest is refunded.

Why don't you show one fixed price?
Because the work varies. A logo and a full banner campaign take very different amounts of time, so we price each request on what you actually need. The starting price tells you the minimum.
Do I pay anything before I get a quote?
No. Requesting a service is free. You only pay once you've seen the itemised quote and accepted it.
What does “payment held” mean?
You pay the full amount when you accept the quote. Your dashboard shows it as held while we work, and it's only marked as released once you approve the final delivery.
What if I need more than the quote covers?
We send a revised quote for the extra work. Nothing is added to your bill unless you accept it.
Can I cancel after paying?
Yes. Before work starts you get a full refund. Once work has started, a cancellation fee applies and the rest is refunded. You see the exact amount before you confirm.
