Downloading your files
Where your final files are, and how long they're kept.
Your final files are on the order in your dashboard as soon as you approve it. Download them and keep your own copy.
We keep project files for 12 months after an order is completed, so you can download them again if you lose them. After that they're deleted from our systems.
Need files deleted sooner? Ask us from the order or by email, and we'll remove them.
