Giving us access to your accounts safely
How to share access to social media, ads or website accounts without sharing passwords.
Many services need access to accounts you own, such as social media pages, ad accounts, Google Business Profile or website hosting. Wherever possible, add us as a user instead of sharing your password.
- Social media and ads: add us through the platform's business settings with the lowest role that lets us do the job.
- Google tools: add us as a user or manager on the specific property.
- Website hosting: create a separate login for us, if your host allows it.
You stay the owner of every account, and you can remove our access at any time, for example when an order is completed.
If a platform only allows password sharing, we'll explain the safest way to do it for that platform. Change the password once the work is finished.
