Business registration: what to prepare
The information and documents a registration usually needs.

Usually needed
- Two or three name choices, in order of preference.
- A short description of what the business will do.
- The business address.
- Full names, contact details and valid ID for each owner and director.
- How ownership is split between owners, if there's more than one.
