Accepting, changing or declining a quote

A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise. You can accept it, ask for changes, or simply let it expire. There's no charge for declining.

To accept

Open the quote and choose Accept & pay. You'll be taken to secure payment, and the order starts once payment goes through.

To ask for changes

Message us from the quote. We'll send an updated version, and the 14 days start again from the new quote.

If it has expired

Ask us to reissue it. Prices may change if a lot of time has passed, but we'll tell you clearly if they have.
