Order statuses explained

Each order shows a status so you can see where it is at a glance.

• Pending review: we've received your request and are preparing your quote.
• Pending payment: you've accepted the quote and payment hasn't completed yet.
• Accepted: payment received; we're assigning your specialist.
• In progress: your specialist is working on it.
• Preview ready: there's something for you to review. This needs your action.
• Revision requested: you've asked for changes and your specialist is making them.
• Approved: you've approved the final delivery and the payment is released.
• Completed: the order is closed and your files remain available to download.
• Rejected: we couldn't take on the request; we'll have explained why.
• Cancelled, Refunded or Partially refunded: the order was cancelled and any refund has been issued.
