When your refund arrives
How long refunds take, and why the amount may look slightly different.
We start your refund within 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. It goes back to the card or payment method you used.
Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
Refunds are made in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, exchange rates or bank fees may make the amount slightly different from what you originally paid.
Still waiting after 15 business days? Contact us with your order number and we'll send you the payment reference to give your bank.
